The Core i5 2310 will run at 2.9GHz  and is equipped with four cores and four threads.  The chip will also feature 6MB of cache memory with the ability to run at 3.2GHz if over-clocked.   The Core i5 also supports 1066/1333MHz memory with the graphics portion of the Sandy Bridge chip operating at 850MHz at regular mode and 1100MHz over clocked.

The processors is said to arrive around the end of May and it will cost around $177 in yields of 1K.
